All video production, photography and online marketing services start with a discovery call, zoom meeting, or in person meeting to discuss your needs and our services, and see if we are a good match. At that point, scope and terms will be discussed, and a contract with specific terms drafted up. The initial discovery meeting is no cost, no obligation, and no payment will be due until a contract is approved and signed.
Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, and how much creative input you want to have in the end result, we will develop a schedule of initial delivery and revision cycles, and build that in as part of the contract. It is customary that there is 1 or 2 revisions built in standard to any creative media production project, but we will go over specifics to your project ahead of time. If further revisions or out of scope changes are requested beyond the intial project scope, we will be happy to discuss further revisions, billable seperately.
We offer on-site video production, photography and virtual tour services throughout all of Orange County, with a particular focus on central/south county and coastal luxury listings, including Irvine, Newport Beach and surrounding cities. We sometimes are able to accomodate customers outside of Orange County on a limited basis, travel fee may apply.
As for remote work such as video editing and web design/development, we serve customers in all 50 states of the United States, and will occasionally service foreign customers.
We carry full professional liability insurance, and are FAA part 107 licensed for drone operations. We also are affiliate photographer members of Orange County REALTORS®, and registered with the CRMLS photographer list, and are proud members of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce.
As according to the standard practice in the industry, we retain copyright ownership of all images and video we capture, and we grant you a nonexclusive right to use the materials in any way you see fit. We appreciate crediting us as the photographer/videographer on social media posts and in marketing where it is convenient to do so, but we do not require it.
If you have a particular need that requires an exclusive ownership, “Work for hire” arrangement, that can be discussed and negotiated when we draft up the contract.
